Activity + Networking = Healthy Business


Enough sitting down! If you have a group that normally does sit-down meetings or are scheduled to meet in the conference room today, I challenge you to figure out a way to get it accomplished while on your feet! Wouldn’t you like to improve your body, inside and out? What about decreasing stress? Want increased energy and the ability to think more clearly?

So, let’s explore why ACTIVITY is so critical to your life. Here is a SHORT list of all the reasons why activity can help you. And once you are helped, your business and work will be too!

  • Focus, Listen, Hear - face-to-face networking involves focus, listening and hearing - it is more difficult to not pay attention when you are face-to-face vs when you are online. So people tend to be more focused on the conversation, listen, process what you are saying, and respond.

  • New Social and Professional Relationships - keep meeting new people and truly get to know them. They will appreciate your interest in them and remember you when it comes to a referral.
